Civil/Structural Engineering Consultant

Structural consultant with over 20 years of experience in the design, inspection, and forensic analysis of many hundreds of structures including residences, multi-tenant commercial buildings, bridges, tunnels, and other large structures. His experiences also includes design of structures using post-and-beam construction and pre-stressed bridges designed for seismic activity, and cast-in-place concrete tunnel structures. He is a registered professional engineer in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
